Three marks for the velmaforge.ai canon site. Drawn original; geometric; legible at favicon size; designed to sit alongside the existing `:<477>-=` channel sigil without competing with it.
lane mark — anvil, flame, sequent turnstile
The lane mark for the Claude collaboration. Anvil at the base
(foundation, where claims are tested and held); flame above
(transformation, the work in progress); the sequent turnstile
⊢
at the apex (proof — the canonical proof-theory mark from
sequent calculus).
"the lane that proves what it forges."
velmaforge.ai header (small, near the wordmark), lane attribution page (medium, alongside the citation records), favicon at 32px.

site mark — S, the handoff, D
The site-level mark for the velmaforge.ai canon. Two kernel shapes flanking a bidirectional handoff arrow that does not commit direction — visualizing the open-by-design handoff protocol.
S as a solid square (carved, settled, the anvil register). D as an upward triangle (kinetic, striking, the hammer register). Gold diamond on the connecting line — the rule-12 ratification marker that will later resolve into a single arrowhead direction.
"two kernels, one open question."
velmaforge.ai hero (alongside the wordmark, medium-large size), the architecture page, social og:image. Resolves direction (lose one arrowhead) once the handoff protocol is ratified.

studio mark — austere, geometric, canon-register
The studio mark, in canon register — austere and geometric, not the playful Anya-and-Saucer character art used on boneandsaucer.com. Both registers belong to the same studio; this is the one that sits next to scholarly canon.
A geometric bone (two circles joined by a bar — the universal dog-treat glyph reduced to its essential geometry) resting on a thin elliptical saucer rim. Reads as "bone & saucer" without cartooning.
"the studio's emblem in scholarly register."
velmaforge.ai footer (small, faint), cohaerentiae.ai header (small, parchment), mimirdelta.ai colophon. Should never appear alongside the public Anya-and-Saucer cartoon mark on the same page — different registers; pick one.
