Scope
All incoming data records destined for the final Chia ledger anchor.
Goal
Prove every record was validated, transformed into a Canonical Record Block, and anchored with zero deviation.
Mandate. Any failure to provide evidence for a check below shall result in automatic rejection and holding of the batch.
